An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a small chip inside a mobile handset that acts just like a hard SIM card.
As it’s not a physical SIM card, you don’t need to put it in your phone. And you don’t need to swap for another SIM to change networks.
You can have plans from more than one network stored on a single eSIM, but you can only use one at a time. We don’t charge extra for eSIMs.
We are currently only able to offer eSIMs for compatible mobile handsets on the O2 and Vodafone networks. We can’t support eSIMs for wearables such as Apple watches right now
To activate an eSIM, please contact your dedicated customer service team and give them the SIM serial number (SSN). You can find this on the back of the eSIM packet.

You’ll then need to use your device’s camera to scan the QR code on the eSIM packet to activate it.
