Chairman, O2 Business

Matthew is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and leading business figure in the IT and telecoms industry. He started Daisy 24 years ago from a desk in his garage at home and grew it into one of the largest and respected IT and Telecoms businesses in the sector. Matthew is also a passionate supporter of the Kings Trust and along with a couple of friends set up the charity OFF Ocean Family Foundation which was established to help protect the world’s oceans.

Jo Bertram

Chief Executive Officer, O2 Business

Jo Bertram is Chief Executive Officer at O2 Business, bringing extensive leadership experience in telecoms and technology to lead the company’s strategy and operations. Previously serving as Managing Director for Business and Wholesale at Virgin Media O2, Jo was also on the Telefónica (O2) UK Executive Team and once led Uber’s Northern Europe operations, driving rapid market expansion and customer growth.

General Counsel

Nigel Smith is the General Counsel at O2 Business, helping to facilitate the business building a new platform to be able to cross-sell the entirety of its product suite across the customer base. Nigel joined Daisy in 2009, having previously worked in private practice and as a management consultant at KPMG and latterly Ovum before qualifying as a solicitor.
