We do not tolerate harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, threatening, abusive or other unacceptable behaviour towards our colleagues by customers, suppliers, contractors, visitors or anyone else they interact with through their work.

We expect everyone who interacts with our people, whether in person, over the phone, online or at work-related events, to treat them with dignity and respect.

Where unacceptable behaviour occurs, we will take appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include ending an interaction, asking an individual to leave our premises, restricting future contact or access to our services, or taking other appropriate steps.
