Your phone can become blocked if you enter the wrong SIM card pin number three times in a row. If this happens you won’t be able to make and receive calls or texts.
To unblock your SIM you’ll need a PUK (personal unblocking key) code.
PUK codes are different from PAC codes. PAC codes are used when you want to keep your mobile number when switching providers
