To unlock your handset to be used on another network, we’ll need to send the details to the network provider.
Please get in touch with your customer service team and give them the following information:
- Account number:
- Network:
- Make and model of your handset:
- IMEI number (If you are unsure of this, key in *#06# on your device):
- Mobile number:
Phone unlocking charges range from £25–£75 (excluding VAT) depending on the handset model. This can take up to 10 working days to complete. Once we’ve unlocked your handset we’ll let you know
