How do I know which is the best plan for my team?
It depends on how your team uses their mobiles:
Classic is great if your team mainly works in the UK and needs the everyday essentials.
Plus is a good choice if your team travels in Europe or makes international calls.
Ultimate comes with the most included, ideal if your team travels more often or further afield, makes more international calls, or would benefit from extras such as data rollover and O2 Satellite
Can I mix different business SIM plans across my team?
Yes, different people can have different plans and data allowances on the same account so that you’re not paying for roaming, data or extras someone doesn’t need.
Can we use our existing phones?
Yes, our O2 Business SIMs can be used with compatible devices, so there’s no need to replace handsets if they’re still fit for purpose.
Is roaming included with your business SIM plans?
Yes, depending on the plan you choose. Plus includes Business Roaming Europe, while Ultimate includes Business Roaming Europe and additional destinations.
How long is the contract?
You can choose between a SIM-only plan or a plan that includes a handset.
For SIM-only, we offer 30-day, 12-month and 24-month contracts.
For handset plans, we offer 24-month and 36-month contracts.
What about tablets?
Business SIMs for tablets help keep teams connected by giving them access to data (but not to minutes for calling or texting) wherever there’s a mobile network connection.
