If you’re travelling to certain European locations, you may be able to benefit from Roam Like at Home (RLAH). This is part of legislation brought in to make sure customers aren’t charged increased rates when roaming in the EU.

Roam Like at Home allows you to use your inclusive calls, SMS and data as if you were in the UK.

Europe Zone 1 – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (inc. From Argentina to Japan and everywhere in between, WTS covers calls back to the UK from several worldwide destinations.

For the cost of £5 (excluding VAT) a day, you can opt in to get daily roaming rates, allowing you to use your UK-based plan across the globe.

Our WTS rate means there’s no longer a charge for receiving texts. But if you do go over your UK allowances you’ll be charged roaming rates.

TravelFree is our enhanced version of the standard Roam Like at Home legislation. It gives you access to UK bundles and rates within the listed EU Zone 1 destinations and also covers destinations further afield.

This allows you to use their home tariff package in a number of destinations worldwide with no daily fees or extra monthly cost.

Destinations covered by TravelFree are split into two bands:

1. Band A offers access to standard UK allowances (UK rates apply when out of bundle)
2. Band B gives users the same access to bundles as Band A, but roaming rates apply when out of bundle

TravelPlus is an alternative to World Travel Select (WTS), available on Fusion tariffs and is aligned directly with TravelFree.

Like WTS, it offers an alternative to pence-per-minute rates with an opt-in daily roaming charge of £5 excluding VAT. It gives you full access to your UK bundles and allowances while roaming in a range of worldwide destinations.
