Yealink T34W handset installation guide (DHV Lite)

Your Yealink T34W handset will arrive with the below:

Connect the handset cord to the handset. Plug the other end of the cord into the port at the back of the console labelled ‘Handset’.

For a wired connection, connect the ethernet cable into the LAN port and plug the power cable into the plug socket.

Once connected, your phone will power up automatically. Wait for the Yealink logo to appear. The screen will then book to the home screen.

For WiFi connections, go to Menu, then Settings and then Basic Settings.

Then go to WiFi and select Turn on WiFi.

Select your WiFi network and enter the WiFi password.

The phone should connect automatically and the WiFi icon will appear on the screen.

If your phone loses power, please check the power is switched on and connected. Check the PoE switch or power adapter.

When you lose a network connection, please test your fixed or WiFi connection and make sure all wires are connected.

If you pick up the receiver and there’s no audio, please check volume levels or headset connections.
