You can cancel your leased line order any time before we’ve given you an install date. Once the order is placed, however, you’ll have to pay cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges vary depending on what stage the order is at.
Once you’ve placed the order there will be a £500 excluding VAT cancellation charge.
If it’s been more than five days since your site survey, a full connection charge will apply as well as charges for any extra work carried out.
Once an order has reached the point of no return (PONR) it can’t be cancelled
