You can set up a new direct debit or restart a cancelled direct debit in the Account management section of your MyAccount portal.

Non-direct debit payer

If you choose to pay your bills through a method other than direct debit, you’ll see a charge for this on your invoice of £7.50 excluding VAT per month. This usually appears as ‘Non DD Payer’.

Cancelled direct debit charge

If you’ve recently cancelled your direct debit, you’ll receive a one-off administration charge of £10 excluding VAT. This usually appears as ‘Cancelled DD Charge’.
