If you’ve decided to leave us, you may have had to serve a notice period or pay early termination fees.
We’ll have discussed whether you want to pay this in one lump sum or spread it across the notice period.
If you’ve decided to spread the cost, you’ll receive your last bill once your notice period ends.
An early termination fee will apply if you decide to cease your services or leave us while you’re still in contract.
If you’re liable for early termination fees this will show on your invoice as ‘Cancellation Charges’ or ‘Early Termination Charges’. It may show as a one-off charge or it may show the date range the charges are calculated from.
