Your first bill may be higher than expected as your services are always billed a month in advance. This means that if your connection date was partway through the month, you will be billed for one month plus one part month on your first bill.

Your first bill may also show one-off charges, such as install charges, hardware or delivery fees.
Going forward, your bill will revert to its standard monthly cost and be billed for the upcoming month.
