You can download this report from the Bill summary tab in Bill explorer. Click the cloud symbol next to the relevant billing period and select Download service records from the list.

The service records report shows a summary of your services and the associated billing cost in the selected period.

The usage alert report shows each alert you have created, along with the type, description, notification recipient and alert history.
